An urn should feel worthy of what it holds. The Granite Cremation Urn is cut from a single block of jet black granite and polished on every face, with a fitted lid and a smooth chamber within, and its front is custom engraved with their portrait, their name and the words you want to keep. It is heavy, quiet and permanent.

Granite holds an engraving with remarkable detail. A photograph comes through with soft, lifelike tone, and lettering stays crisp for generations. Two sizes hold an adult's ashes: a 7" x 7" x 10" urn of about 300 cubic inches, and a slimmer 8" x 5" x 10" urn of about 240 cubic inches for a narrower shelf or niche. Either stands on a mantel or a bedside table, and the lid can be sealed for good.

Every urn is engraved to order. Upload your favourite photo, tell us the name, the dates and the words you would like, and we will send a proof before anything is engraved.
