Granite holds an engraving with remarkable detail, and lettering stays crisp for generations. The vase is engraved with words rather than a photograph: a name and dates, a short verse or a simple design on the polished body. Stand it on a mantel with roses in it, or place it at a graveside where it will hold flowers for years. Two sizes: ten inches tall or twelve.
