We read every message. If you already have an order, please include the order number from your confirmation email — it is the quickest way for us to find your proof and your photograph.

Please email before sending anything back to us, so we can tell you whether we need it. Most things, including damage, we settle from a photograph.
Waiting on a proof?
Proofs go out within two business days of receiving your photograph, and within 24 hours if you added Rush Proof. If it has been longer than that, check your spam folder first — proofs arrive as an email with a link to see and approve them, and occasionally get filtered. Then write to us and we will resend it.
Remember that a proof with no answer within 48 hours of sending is treated as approved and goes on to be engraved.
