Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is $8, and free on orders of $100 or more. Express is $15 and buys a faster carrier, not faster engraving. Memorials are engraved to order, and for now every memorial is a pre-order; expect a proof within two business days of sending your photo, then your memorial ships within 5–6 weeks of your approval (Rush Production puts it at the front of the line). Heavier items such as mini memorials ship by freight and may take a few extra days.

Returns

Because every piece is engraved with a name and a photograph, memorials cannot be resold and we are unable to accept returns once engraving has begun. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your proof is approved. A proof with no reply within 48 hours of sending is treated as approved.

Damage

If your memorial arrives damaged, email us a photograph within seven days of delivery and we will engrave and ship a replacement at no charge.
