Shipping

Shipping within the United States is free on every order. Memorials are engraved to order; expect a proof within two business days of sending your photo and three to five business days for engraving and packing after approval. Heavier items such as mini memorials and the heart cremation memorial ship by freight and may take a few extra days.

Returns

Because every piece is engraved with a name and a photograph, memorials cannot be resold and we are unable to accept returns once engraving has begun. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your proof is approved. A proof with no reply within 48 hours of sending is treated as approved.

Damage

If your memorial arrives damaged, email us a photograph within seven days of delivery and we will engrave and ship a replacement at no charge.
